Advantages of Utilising HDS
Utilising the services of
Heating Design Services for projects involving heating, hot water
and cold water services, ventilation and environmental controls
will eliminate the problems detailed in the introduction and ensure the Client is satisfied with
the final outcome, the correct system to suit their budget.
- Every Contractor tendering
for the Mechanical Services will be pricing for the same
design, and the same specified (or equal and approved)
materials. Eliminating the use of inferior materials, and
poorly designed systems.
- The design and
specification for the services can be agreed prior to the
contract been submitted to the Contractors for tendering,
hence the Client will know exactly what each tender
includes.
- On going support
throughout the contract can be provided to ensure the
system is installed as per the Specification.
- A qualified design
engineer will have undertaken the design. Mark Theakston
qualified at Newcastle Polytechnic in May 1983 and is an
Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building
Services Engineers, an Incorporated Engineer, Member of
the Institute of Plumbing, and a Member of the Institute
of Domestic Heating and Environmental Engineers.
