Introduction

We are a specialist independent heating and building services design consultancy for domestic, commercial and industrial developments, offering a complete design and consultancy service, including project management if required.

Mark Theakston has been involved in the Mechanical Services Industry for 20 years in both the Contracting and Consulting sectors. He is aware of the problems within the industry, where poor designs are installed as the cheapest price was accepted, but on a like for like basis the initially accepted quotation may not be as competitive as it appears.

The large discrepancy between quotations for the same contract is inevitable when the design and specification are open, leaving the Contractor to price for inferior materials and cut corners, often leaving an unsatisfied customer.
